Data used

Name, email, hashed password, profile and optional photo converted to WebP, posts, lesson progress, orders, referral, financial transactions and cryptocurrency wallets (USDT · BEP20 network) and Pix keys provided for withdrawals. To show community activity, the student area displays to other logged-in students the first name and partially hidden email of recent sign-ups and paid withdrawals, without amounts. Billing data is sent to Pagar.me. Card number and security code are tokenized directly by the provider and are not sent to our server.

Webinar registration and comments

On the webinar capture page we store name, email, WhatsApp, referral source, date and version of acceptance. Registrants receive updates by email and WhatsApp, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. The Operator and the responsible referrer can follow these contacts and their conversion into sign-up and activation. Emails and phone numbers are not published in the chat. Only the first name (up to 24 characters), the approved question, the video timestamp and the administration's answer are shown to other participants. Comments are replayed in sync with a recorded presentation.

If separately authorized, your contact details may be used for updates by email and WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop and exercise your rights through the support channel. Integration with an autoresponder will be set up later; this capture page does not automatically send your contact details to an external service.

Purposes and sharing

Data is used to authenticate your account, provide the service, confirm payments, send transactional messages, process withdrawals and prevent failures and abuse. Pagar.me processes payments and SendPulse delivers the emails. The Telegram link takes you to an external service, subject to its own terms.

Activity and retention

We log actions and access on the server for support and diagnostics: route, time, type of action, account and response code. The network address is converted into a hashed identifier. These logs are deleted after seven days. Passwords, recovery tokens, full card data and form content are not recorded in the logs.

Account, order, stake, consent and financial statement records are not diagnostic logs and are kept to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. The technical project memory in Mem0 contains architecture decisions; it does not receive members' data, credentials or individual transactions.

Cookies and your rights

We use cookies needed for login, security and invite referral. We do not install advertising trackers. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data through support, subject to applicable retention cases. Posts, names and avatars are visible to members; your name also appears to the owner of the voucher you used.
